La Fonda was created because of the necessity of a true Mexican restaurant in the area that with flavors and our hospitality invites you to a delicious journey across Mexico.
Gathering and rescuing many native recipes from different parts of our beautiful Mexico combined with the warmth of our hospitality is how our Mexican concept started growing.
In a small period of time “La Fonda” became well accepted even from the most demanding local and foreign palates. Opening on December the 16th of 2005, La Fonda it’s nowadays, in spite of being located outside of the tourist zone, one of those special “top secret” places for tourists and a great place for locals to hang out and have a great time.
